Pennsylvania's Neglected and Delinquent Advisory Committee

• Registration

  • Registration will be open August 19 – 30, 2024

  • All attendees and presenters must register online during this time.

  • Late registrations will not be accepted.

• Free Registrations/Lodging

  • Free registration and single occupancy lodging will be provided for registrants who are representing a Title I funded N&D institution or LEA.  

  • Free registrations per institution or LEA are not limited this year.

• Meal Costs

  • An optional meal package will be available during registration for $82.03 per conference registrant.

  • Meals are not open to guests as these are informal networking opportunities for our participants.

  • Meal packages cannot be purchased after registration closes.

  • Refunds will not be honored after registration closes.

  • Meal costs are a Title I allowable travel expense and participants may request reimbursement from their institution or LEA.

• Meals (if purchased during registration)

  • Wednesday - no meals provided

  • Thursday - Breakfast

    • Coffee, tea, and orange juice

    • Fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes

  • Thursday - Lunch - Taco Buffet

    • Coffee, hot and iced tea

    • Chips and salsa,  seasoned ground beef, soft tortillas, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream

  • Thursday - Dinner

    • Served with rolls and butter, house salad with assorted dressings, chef’s choice of vegetables, and coffee, hot and iced tea

    • Oven Roasted Chicken – Delicately roasted chicken breast with mashed potatoes

    • Stuffed Shells – Pasta shells stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheese served with marinara sauce

  • Friday - Breakfast

    • Coffee, tea, and orange juice

    • Fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes

• Non-Free Registrations

  • Registrations for individuals not representing a Title I institution or LEA will be accepted for the cost of lodging.

  • Lodging costs must be paid via credit card upon registration at the rate of $112.35 per night for a single occupancy room.

• Additional Hotel Guests

  • The hotel will charge an additional fee for any guests.  Additional fees:

  • 1 guest - $42 per night

  • 2 guests - $72 per night

  • 3 guests - $92 per night

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions will not honor the conference lodging rate for anyone staying past the conference.
